The Data Protection Officer / GDPR Owner is responsible for ensuring that this notice is made available to data subjects prior to Abate Ltd collecting/processing their personal data.
All Employees/Staff of Abate Ltd who interact with data subjects are responsible for ensuring that this notice is drawn to the data subject’s attention and their consent to the processing of their data is secured.

We are full time, experienced pest controllers and Abate Ltd has been operating for over 24 years, which means that we have covered every eventuality and know our industry inside out. We cover every form of pest control needed – there is nothing we cannot do.

The personal data we collect is:
- information provided by filling in forms on our site www.abatepestmanagement.co.uk (our site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material, purchasing goods or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
- Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders.
- information provided by you in any correspondence between you and us including by way of letter, email, messages, fax or telephone as we record all calls for training and quality purposes;
- information provided by you in order to allow us to provide the service which you have requested and for which you have agreed to our terms and conditions relating to such service
The personal data we collect will be used for the following reasons:
- to administer the service for which the information was provided, and
- to send invoices as and when necessary.
The legal basis for processing personal data:
Abate Ltd processes data without consent in order to fulfil contractual obligations (such as invoices, postal address to supply services, etc.)

Retention period
Abate Ltd will process your personal data for the entirety of your contract and will store the personal data for 3 years after the contract has ended.
