Abate Pest Management commenced work with a new regular contracted domestic customer in November. We assigned our service technician Sam Bogan to make a number of scheduled regular service visits and to carry out any treatments, advice and proofing required.

I particularly like the way your system focuses on toxic bait when the situation calls for it, and then falls back to non-toxic bait as a signaller of activity returning. Each time Sam comes, he takes the time at the end of the visit to update me on where we are, and what strategy is next.
